| CRG Texas has performed hundreds of environmental site assessments (ESAs) throughout North America since 1992. Our Phase I ESAs are performed in accordance with the ASTM Standard Practice E-1527-05 for Phase I ESAs and the USEPA All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) Rule; and Property Transaction Screens are in accordance with the ASTM E 1528 property Transaction Screen Process. The ASTM standard procedures and the EPA AAI are required by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and most lenders. The Phase I ESA may reveal Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) that require further investigation before a determination can be made pertaining to the environmental liabilities associated with a Property. |

| Therefore, RECs may warrant soil and groundwater samples to be collected during a Phase II ESA. Due to the nature of historic and current operations at the Property, a Phase II ESA may be more appropriate than a Phase I ESA. A Phase II ESA may be performed when RECs are identified based on current or historical operations at the Property. CRG Texas experienced staff can save you valuable time and money. We can provide accelerated assessment services usually for a small fee to turn around projects according to your schedule. When fast, professional, and friendly due diligence is what you need, you can always count on CRG Texas to meet the budget and schedule for your commercial closings. |
